A bond (guarantee) of two months rent is mandatory. The rental price is going to be increased at an annual basis (CPI inflation number plus 1 percent). Smoking and sub-renting (Airbnb, etc.) is not permitted under all circumstances. Pets are only allowed after consultation with the owner.
